Portugese - Roast Pork With Piri Piri

Ingredients
|
- 1 Large Red Bell Pepper -- finely chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Teaspoons Piri Piri Sauce -- or hot sauce
- 3 Pounds Pork Loin -- tied for roasting

Directions
|
Place all ingredients except pork in food processor and process to a paste. Rub meat with paste and marinate overnight. Place pork in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes per pound. Serve.
