Portugese - Tavira Tuna Steaks

Ingredients
|
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro Or Mint -- Chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Large Tuna Steak
- 1/2 Cup Dry White Wine
- 1 Lemon Lemon Juice

Directions
|
blend together the salt, half of the herbs and pepper; rub mixture on both sides of tuna steaks; place in 9x9 baking dish; take the remaining cilantro, oil, wine and lemon juice and pour over tuna; cover and marinate for 24 hours; saute tuna on skillet for about 6 minutes per side; and serve.
