Romanian - Supa De Fasole Boabe De Bucuresti (Bucharest Soup)

Ingredients

- 2 Cans Beans -- Any Kind
- 1/2 Pound Smoked Pork -- Cubed
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1 Small Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 3 Tablespoons Vinegar
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 3 Cans Chicken Stock

Directions
|
Saute oil and flour together until light brown. Add onion and paprika, saute for 10 minutes. Add pork, saute for 5 minutes. Add bean and stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve.
