Ingredients

- 1 1/2 Pounds Cod Fillet
- Vegetable Stock
- 1 Cup White Wine
- 1/2 Pound Mushroom -- chopped
- 6 Medium Green Olive
|

Directions
|
Cover the fish with wine and stock. Add mushrooms. Chop olives and add. Poach fish until tender. remove and keep hot. Boil the liquid until reduced by half. Correct seasoning and pour over fish and serve.
