Ingredients

3 Medium Cooked Potatoes -- mashed

1 1/2 Cups Feta Cheese -- crumbled

4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter -- melted

2 Tablespoons Sour Cream

2 Large Egg Yolk -- beaten

1/4 Cup Parsley -- finely chopped

Directions In bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
