Russian   -   Feta Cheese Spread   adapted from Please to the Table

  • 1/2 Pound Feta Cheese
  • 1 Clove Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1 Large Hard-Boiled Egg -- finely chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Dill -- chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
  • Pepper -- to taste
  • Black Olives -- for garnish
Directions Place the feta in food processor and mince. Transfer the chesse to a bowl. Stir in garlic, egg, dill and sour cream. Season with pepper, cover, refrigerate for 4 hours. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with olives.
Serves 2
