Russian - Feta Cheese Spread

Ingredients

- 1/2 Pound Feta Cheese
- 1 Clove Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Large Hard-Boiled Egg -- finely chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Dill -- chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
- Pepper -- to taste
- Black Olives -- for garnish

Directions
|
Place the feta in food processor and mince. Transfer the chesse to a bowl. Stir in garlic, egg, dill and sour cream. Season with pepper, cover, refrigerate for 4 hours. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with olives.
