Ingredients

- 2 Pounds Portobello Mushrooms -- chopped
- 5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Lem Lemon Juice
- 1 Large Onion -- chopped
- 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper -- chopped
- 3 Large Tomatoes -- chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1/2 Teaspoon Fennel Seed -- ground
- 2 Teaspoons Flour
- 1 Cup Dry White Wine
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 3 Tablespoons Parsley -- finely chopped
- Parmesan Cheese -- to taste

Directions
|
Saute mushromoms in oil 7 minutes. Add lemon juice, remove and set aside. In the oil and lemon juice mixture, saute onion and bell pepper 8 minutes. Add tomatoes, garlic, spices, cook 4 minutes. Add flour then wine, stir add alt and pepper. Reduce heat, cover simmer 15 inutes.Add mushrooms cover and simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley, parmesan and serve.
