Russian - New Potatoes Braised In Sour Cream

Ingredients

- 2 Pounds New Potatoes
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Dill -- finely chopped

Directions
|
Parboil the potatoes in salted boiling water until tender about 8 minutes. Drain. Transfer potatoes to a saucepan, add broth, sour cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add garlic and simmer for another 5 minutes. Toss with dill and serve.
