Ingredients

- 3 Medium Beets -- boiled & sliced
- 2 Medium Carrots
- 2 Medium Potatoes
- 2 Small Dill Pickles
- 2 Tbsp Onion -- diced
- 200 Grams Sauerkraut
- Salt -- to taste
- 1 Dash Sunflower Oil -- (important no subs)

Directions

boil beets & carrots, peel & dice boil potatoes, peel & dice mix together in large boil, pour sunflower oil over it toss & refrigerate.
