Russian   -   Russian Beet Salad   adapted from irina ornatova

Description  
Ingredients
  • 3 Medium Beets -- boiled & sliced
  • 2 Medium Carrots
  • 2 Medium Potatoes
  • 2 Small Dill Pickles
  • 2 Tbsp Onion -- diced
  • 200 Grams Sauerkraut
  • Salt -- to taste
  • 1 Dash Sunflower Oil -- (important no subs)
Directions boil beets & carrots, peel & dice
boil potatoes, peel & dice
mix together in large boil, pour sunflower oil over it
toss & refrigerate.
Serves 1
