Russian   -   Spiced Feta   adapted from Please to the Table

  • 3/4 Pound Feta Cheese -- sliced
  • 2 Teaspoons Tarragon Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Hot Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Tarragon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 6 Sprigs Cilantro
  • 6 Sprigs Basil
  • 6 Sprigs Tarragon
  • 6 Sprigs Mint
  • 6 Sprigs Chives
Directions Arrange feta in a shallow serving dish. In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar with the olive oil, paprika, and dried herbs. Drizzle this mixture over the feta slices. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve accompanied by herbs.
