Ingredients

- 3/4 Pound Feta Cheese -- sliced
- 2 Teaspoons Tarragon Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Hot Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Tarragon
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 6 Sprigs Cilantro
- 6 Sprigs Basil
- 6 Sprigs Tarragon
- 6 Sprigs Mint
- 6 Sprigs Chives

Directions
|
Arrange feta in a shallow serving dish. In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar with the olive oil, paprika, and dried herbs. Drizzle this mixture over the feta slices. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve accompanied by herbs.
