Ingredients
|
- 1 Pound Potatoes -- Peeled And Chopped
- 1 Pound Turnips -- Peeled And Chopped
- 2 Ounces Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Chives -- Snipped
|

Directions
|
Place potatoes and turnips in cold water. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Drain and mash with the butter. Season with salt and pepper. Serve spinkled with chives.
