Scottish - Game Loaf

Ingredients
|
- 1 Whole Bread Loaf
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Medium Chicken Or Pheasant Breasts -- Chopped
- 16 Ounces Mushroom -- Sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Thyme

Directions
|
Cut off one end of the sandwich loaf and pull out the center bread, leaving a thick lining. Saute poultry in oil until well browned. Add mushrooms and saute for 10 minutes longer. Stuff the bread with the poultry mixture. Slice and serve.
