Scottish   -   Tattie Soup   adapted from Scots Cooking by Sue Lawrence

  • 2 Pints Chicken Stock
  • 2 Pounds Potatoes -- Chopped
  • 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
  • 3 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
  • 1 Bunch Chives -- Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
Directions Bring stock to a boil, add everything but chives. Simmer for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
