Ingredients

- 2 Pints Chicken Stock
- 2 Pounds Potatoes -- Chopped
- 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 3 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
- 1 Bunch Chives -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
|

Directions
|
Bring stock to a boil, add everything but chives. Simmer for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
