Ingredients
|
- 2 1/4 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
- 2 1/4 Cups Bread Flour
- 1 1/2 Cups Yellow Cornmeal
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese -- grated
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/3 Cup Green Bell Pepper -- finely chopped
- 1/3 Cup Corn Kernels

Directions
|
Add all ingredients except bell pepper and corn. Process on bread cycle. At the end of the first kneading, all the bell pepper and corn and continue as normal.
