South American   -   Argentine Chimichurri Bread   adapted from Ethnic Breads

Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
  • 3 Cups Bread Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Wheat Bran
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Parsley -- chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Onion -- chopped
  • 1 1/2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Water
Directions Add all ingredients in order suggested by bread machine manual. Process on bread cycle.
Serves 1
