South American   -   Chicken In Grape Juice (Argentina)   adapted from Fire and Smoke by Maggie Waldron

  • 2 Cups Muscatel Grape Juice
  • 3 Pounds Chicken -- in large pieces
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro -- finely chopped
Directions Marinate chicken in grape juice and cilantro for 4 hours. Grill until done about 30 minutes. Serve.
