Ingredients

- 4 Pounds Ground Beef
- 6 Tablespoons Whole Coriander -- Scorch, Grind, Sift
- 2 Tablespoons Salt
- 2 Cups Water
- 4 Slices Brown Bread Crumbs
- 2 Teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander -- Finely Ground
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Sherry

Directions
|
Mix all seasonings with ground beef plus water and bread crumbs. Shape into patties and cook like hamburgers.
