- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Chicken Breasts -- diced
- 1 Large Onion -- chopped
- 1 Cup Chicken Stock
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 2 Medium Serrano Pepper -- chopped

Directions
|
saute chicken and onion in olive oil until both are well browned. add remaining ingredients. simmer for 45 minutes. serve.
