 South African - Chicken In Coke

Ingredients
|
- 3 Pounds Chicken -- In 4 Pieces
- 1 Large Onion -- Sliced
- 1 Large Tomato -- Sliced
- 1 Package French Onion Soup Mix
- 2 Liters Coke
|

Directions
|
Brown chicken in a little oil on all sides. Place in glass baking dish. Sprinkle soup mix over the chicken. Arrange onion and tomato slices over the top. Pour in coke and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve with rice.
