Ingredients

- 1 1/2 Cups Orzo -- Cooked
- 1/3 Cup Roasted Garlic Oil
- 1 Large Onion -- Sliced
- 8 Ounces Mushroom -- Sliced
- 6 Cloves Garlic -- Finely Chopped
- 1 Medium Red Pepper -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Yellow Pepper -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Zucchini -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Carrot -- Julienned
- 8 Medium Asparagus -- Chopped
- 1 Head Broccoli -- Chopped
- 1 Cup Peas
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- Garlic Powder -- To Taste

Directions

Heat garlic oil and saute onion until soft. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic,herbs and remaining vegetables. Saute for 4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Toss with orzo and serve.
