- 2 Medium Pie Crust
- 2 Pounds Venison Or Kudu -- Cubed And Cooked
- 4 Slices Bacon -- Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Apricot Chutney -- Optional
- 2 Tablespoons Dry Red Wine
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- 3 Cloves Garlic

Directions
|
line a pie dish with pastry, combine remaining ingredients and spoon into pie dish. cover with additional pie crust, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
