Spanish - Artichokes With Ham

Ingredients
|
- 1/4 Cup White Vinegar
- 2 Cans Artichoke Hearts -- chopped
- 8 Ounces Smoked Ham -- shrdd
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Large Onion -- finely chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 3 Large Tomatoes -- chopped
- 2 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
- 1/2 Cup Dry White Wine
- 1 Cup Chicken Stock
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions
|
Saute ham in oil for 3 minutes, add onion, saute until soft. Add garlic, tomatoes, thyme, wine, stock and vinegar, bring to boil. Add artichokes, reduce simmer uncovered 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
