Spanish - Catalan Chicory Salad

Ingredients
|
- 3 Heads Chicory Greens -- rinsed & dried
- 4 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
- 2 Medium Red Chiles
- 12 Medium Almonds -- toasted
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions
|
Put everything but chicory in food processor and create dressing. Toss with torn greens and serve.
