Spanish - Cochifrito De Cordero

Ingredients
|
- 1 1/2 Pounds Lamb -- or beef
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Large Onion -- chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 3/4 Teaspoon Sweet Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 2 Teaspoons Parsley -- chopped

Directions
|
Saute lamb in hot oil until well browned. Remove and keep warm. Saute onion until golden brown. Add garlic and paprika. Saute for 1 minute. Return meat and lemon juice to the pot. Cook stirring continously for 6 minutes or until meat is cooked. Season with salt, pepper and parsley. Serve.
