Spanish   -   Gambas Al Jerez   adapted from The Complete Spanish Cookbook

  • 12 Medium Shrimp -- shelled
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Dry Sherry
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley -- cy
Directions Saute shrimp in oil unitl pink. Add sherry, cook on high until evaporated. Add remaining ingredients. Rmove from heat and serve.
