Ingredients

- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Small Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Ounce Ham -- Sliced
- 4 Cups Green Peas
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley -- Chopped

Directions
|
Saute onion and ham in oil for 3 minutes. Add peas, sugar, salt, pepper and butter. Saute for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
