Spanish - Lursagar Berri Eta Babarrun Saltsa (Potato-Bean Ragout)

Ingredients

- 2 Pounds French-Style Green Beans
- 1 Pound New Yukon Gold Potatoes -- Halved
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Small Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Chives -- Chopped

Directions
|
Bring potatoes to a boil in enough water to cover for 10 minutes. Add beans for the last 2 minutes. Drain. Saute onion and garlic in oil for 5 minutes. Add beans and potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Add butter, and chives. Saute for 5 minutes and serve.
