Ingredients
|
- 2 Cups Lentils
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Medium Onions -- chopped
- 1 Medium Green Pepper -- chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 8 Ounces Chorizo -- chopped
- 6 Medium Tomatoes -- chopped
- 2 Medium Carrots -- chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
- 6 Cups Water
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions

1. Saute onions & peppers in olive oil till tender. 2. Add flour, cook 1 minute. 3. Add all other ingredients. 4. Simmer 1 3/4 hours.
