Ingredients

- 1 Pound White Fish -- cut up
- Flour -- for coating
- Oil -- for deep-frying
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- Oregano
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup White Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Water

Directions

Marinate fish 2 hours. Then drain, dry, dip in flour and deep fry.
