Spanish   -   Mushrooms With Garlic   adapted from Taste of Spain

  • 2 Pounds Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Lemon Lemon Juice
  • 5 Ounces Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley
Directions Saute garlic, add mushrooms season and cook for about 10 minutes. Squirt with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley and serve.
