Ingredients
|
- 1/2 Pound Firm Cheese -- cubed
- Flour
- 1 Large Egg -- beaten
- 3 Cups Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
|

Directions
|
Roll cheese cubes in flour. Dip into egg and roll in flour again. Thread serveral pieces onto a wooden skewer and fry until the surface is crisp and golden. Do not overcook. Serve hot, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
