Ingredients

- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Small Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Bell Pepper -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Bay Leaf
- 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Brandy
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 Teaspoon Saffron
- 1 Pound Swordfish -- Cubed

Directions
|
Saute onion, garlic and bell pepper until soft. Add tomato and bay leaf. Simmre for 1 minute. Stir in brandy, broth, salt, pepper, nutmeg and saffron. Add fish and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve.
