Spanish   -   Sauteed Artichoke Hearts   adapted from unknown

  • 1 Can Artichoke Hearts -- drained (14 oz)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Prosciutto -- chopped
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
  • Parsley -- to garnish
Directions Half the artichoke hearts then saute them and proscuitto in olive oil until hearts are golden brown (8 minutes). Stir in pepper and top with parsley.
