Swedish   -   Kokt Lanm Med Dillsas ( Lamb With Dill Sauce)   adapted from Classic Scandinavian Cooking By Nika Hazelton

  • 3 Pounds Lamb Breast
  • 2 Quarts Boiling Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 Medium Bay Leaf
  • 3 Tablespoons Dill
Directions Combine all ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Remove meat, slice, and serve with boiled potatoes.
