Ingredients

- 3 Pounds Lamb Breast
- 2 Quarts Boiling Water
- 2 Tablespoons Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Pepper
- 1 Medium Bay Leaf
- 3 Tablespoons Dill
|

Directions
|
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Remove meat, slice, and serve with boiled potatoes.
