Swiss - Alpler Magrone (Macaroni With Bacon)

Ingredients
|
- 10 Ounces Elbow Macaroni -- Cooked
- 1 Pound Potatoes -- Sliced And Cooked
- 5 Ounces Bacon -- Chopped
- 7 Ounces Cream
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- Nutmeg -- To Taste
- 3 Ounces Sbrinz Cheese Or Swiss Cheese -- Grated
- 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Butter

Directions
|
Saute bacon until crisp. Add cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix in macaroni and potatoes. Layer into a baking dish, Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Meanwhile saute onion in butter until golden. Serve sprinkle with the onion.
