Thai   -   Bphal Nin Jian King Dton Hawm (Tilapia With Ginger)   adapted from Dancing Shrimp by Kasma Loha-Unchit

  • 4 Large Tilapia Fillets
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Rice Wine
  • 2 Tablespoons Black Vinegar
  • 3 Teaspoons Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Ginger
  • 1 Bunch Scallion -- Chopped
Directions Combine soy sauce, rice wine, vinegar and sugar. Saute fish in oil for 3 minutes per side. Add ginger and green onions, saute for 1 minute. Add soy sauce mixture and simmer until the liquid evaporates. Serve with rice.
