Thai   -   Bplah Saba Yahng Siew (Grilled Mackeral With Soy Sauce)   adapted from Dancing Shrimp by Kasma Loha-Unchit

  • 4 Large Mackerel Fillet
  • 3 Tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
Directions Combine both soy sauces, oyster sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, pepper and sugar. Marinate fish in this mixture for at least 1 hour up to 24. Grill or broil fish for 5 minutes per side. Serve with rice and pickled garlic.
