Thai   -   Cilantro Pesto   adapted from Real Thai

  • 1 Tablespoon Peppercorns
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro -- stems, roots and all
  • 1/2 Cup Garlic
Directions Puree in food processor. Makes 1 cup. Put in glass jar, cover with a bit of oil. It will keep for up to 1 week.
