Thai   -   Fried Broccoli With Shrimp (Pak Pad Gup Gung)   adapted from The Original Thai Cookbook by Jennifer Brennan

  • 3 Cups Broccoli -- chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 5 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 Pound Medium Shrimp -- cooked
Directions Heat oil in wok, fry garlic until light brown. Add broccoolit, stir fry 3 minutes. Cover wok, turn heat to low, simmer 5 minutes. Uncover, add remaining ingredients, stir until just heated through, serve over rice.
Serves 4
