Thai   -   Green Curry Chicken With Basil   adapted from unknown

  • 14 Ounces Coconut Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Green Curry Paste
  • 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts -- cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Basil -- chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Bamboo Shoots
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Peas
  • 1/3 Cup Chicken Stock
  • Rice
Directions Simmer coconut milk and curry past efor 5 minutes.
Add chicken and fish sauce, cook until chicken is done.
Add remaining ingredients except rice, simmer 10 minutes.
Serve over steamed rice.
