Ingredients

- 4 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1 Ounce Ground Pork
- 2 Bundles Rice Vermicelli Noodles -- somen
- 1 Cup Bean Sprouts
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- minced and fried
- 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 2 Medium Lettuce Leaves -- finely chopped
- 2 Medium Green Onion -- finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro -- finely chopped
- 1/2 Pound Cooked Pork Loin -- thinly sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Peanuts -- ground

Directions
|
In saucepan, heat chicken stock. Add ground pork and simmer for 3 minutes. Drop in noodles and bean sprouts, increase heat and boil for 5 minutes. Add garlic, fish sauce, lettuce, green onions, and cilantro. Remove from heat and pour into a large serving bowl. Add pork slices, pepper flakes, sugar and peanuts. Serve.
