Thai - Pork And Shrimp Mince (Neua Tang)

Ingredients
|
- 1/2 Pound Cooked Shrimp -- finely chopped
- 1/2 Pound Ground Pork
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Large Serrano Pepper -- finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro -- finely chopped

Directions
|
Combine shrimp and pork in a bowl. Heat coconut milk in saucepan over medium heat until it is just simmering. Stir in pork mixture. Bring to boiling point and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook uncovered for 3 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper and sugar. Add peppers and pour into serving dish. Garnish with cilantro and serve over rice.
