Thai - Red Fried Rice (Kao Pad Tamada)

Ingredients
|
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Medium Onion -- finely chopped
- 1 Cup Cooked Shrimp
- 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 3 Cups Cooked Rice -- chilled
- 3 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 6 Medium Green Onions -- chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Cilantro -- chopped

Directions

Heat oil and lightly brown the garlic. Add onions and stir-fry until golden. Add shrimp and fish sauce and heat through. Stir in the rice and toss until everything is well mixed. Add ketchup and stir well. Remove to a platter. Garnish with onions and cilantro.
