Ingredients

- 6 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1 Pound Rice Noodle Sheets -- cut into strips
- 2 Cups Shredded Roast Chicken
- 6 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Green Onion -- sliced
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro -- finely chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 4 Cloves Garlic -- sauted in oil

Directions

In saucepan, bring stock to a boil. Add chicken, fish sauce, rice noodles, cilantro, salt, pepper, and green onions. Let simmer until chicken is warmed through, about 2 minutes. Serve and sprinkle with garlic.
