Ingredients
|
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Small Shallot -- thinly sliced
- 1 Small Onion -- thinly sliced
- 1/2 Pound Pork -- cut into strips
- 1 Pound Oyster Mushrooms -- chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Water
- 1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper

Directions
|
Heat a skillet with oil, add garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add shallot and onion, stir fry 1 minute. Add pork and saute for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute for 1 minute. Add fish sauce, water and pepper. Saute for 1 minute. Serve with rice.
