Thai   -   Shrimp In Roasted Chili Paste   adapted from Real Thai

  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1 Small Onion -- thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Roasted Chile Paste
  • 1 Pound Shrimp
  • 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
Directions Add oil to skillet and saute garlic for 30 seconds. Add onion and saute for 1 minute. Add chili paste and fry for 30 seconds. Add shrimp, toss them for 30 seconds. Add the fish sauce and stir until the shrimp are pink about 30 seconds longer. Serve.
