Thai   -   Thai Cauliflower And Beef Stir Fry   adapted from Sun-Drenched Cuisine by Marlena Spieler

  • 1 Pound Sirloin Steak -- sliced thin
  • 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Medium Cauliflower -- bite sized
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Curry Paste
  • 3 Tablespoons Coconut Milk
  • Rice -- cooked
Directions Toss steak with garlic and soy sauce, marinate 30 minutes.
stir fry cauliflower in 1 tab oil until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining oil, and curry paste, simmer 5 minutes. Add beef and cook until desired doneness. Return caulifower to wok, add coconut milk bring to near boil and serve.
