Thai   -   Thai Curry Paste (Red)   adapted from Classic Thai Cuisine

  • 2 Dried Thai Chiles -- chopped
  • 4 Medium Shallots -- chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons Cilantro
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
Directions Puree all ingredients in food processor, adding as little water as possible to make puree.
