Thai   -   Thai Pork With Garlic And Black Pepper   adapted from Our Immigrant Ancestors

  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Garlic -- chopped
  • 1 Pork Butt -- thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Coriander -- chopped
Directions Heat the wok, add peanut or olive oil. Saute garlic, then the pork. Cook for 3-5 minutes, then add remaining ingredients. Cook for another minute, then serve.
