Tunisian - Beef Meatballs (Kefta De Boeuf)

Ingredients
|
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Small Onion -- finely chopped
- 6 Sprigs Parsley -- finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Gruyere Cheese -- grated
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Coriander
- 2 Teaspoons Harissa (Tunisia)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Medium Egg Yolks
- 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup Mashed Potatoes
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Directions
|
Mix everything together, except the oil. Form into 10 meatballs. Heat oil in a skillet and brown the balls on all sides for about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve over rice or couscous or can be served as an appetizer.
